"WORST SERVICE BY KAPRUKA"
Order number : VBRN3AF33829 - This has been by far the worst experience relating to customer service. I paid approximately Rs. 10,000 for a birthday cake to be delivered however on the day of delivery they've failed to deliver it within a reasonable time. I last checked for an update at 5pm on the date of delivery and they kept saying that the cake is out for delivery. They later stopped replying to my messages and calls when I checked to ask for an update. Honestly I'm very frustrated about having to check with them multiple times after paying such a hefty price and still they failed to deliver it by atleast 5pm!! How is this reasonable? It is the end of the day and the cake still hasn't been delivered! It is safe to say that I will never
